- We only ship to locations where kratom is legal.
- Orders placed from restricted states, counties, or cities will be canceled and refunded.
2. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
- Standard delivery typically takes 2-4 business days, depending on your location.
- Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
4. Tracking Orders
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
5. Delays & Liability
- Rincakratom is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Once an order leaves our facility, we are not liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
6. Wrong Address Policy
- Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
- If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.
7. International Shipping
- Currently, we do not ship outside the United States due to varying kratom regulations worldwide.
