1. Returns
- For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to return a product.
2. Refunds
- Refunds are issued once the returned product is received and inspected.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- We may request photo evidence to verify the issue.
- Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
4. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before they are shipped for a full refund.
- Once an order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially used products.
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party marketplaces.
- Sale or clearance items.
